Bilohorod Village Council Allocated Funds for Restoring Damaged Homes and Supporting Military
The Executive Committee of Bilohorod Village Council approved the allocation of 455 thousand UAH for restoring 30 homes in Sviatopetrivske that were damaged by shelling on June 2. Additionally, payments were approved for 57 military personnel and their families, as well as material assistance under the "Care" program.

Anton Ovsiienko: “During the war, the Bilohorodka community is learning to maintain a balance between the front line and development”
Anton Ovsiienko has been leading Bilohorodka and the entire community for over five years, a significant portion of which has coincided with the period of full-scale war. Today, the community directs hundreds of millions of hryvnias to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, while simultaneously seeking a balance between the needs of the frontline and the development of infrastructure, education, and energy independence. Bilohorodka Community at the International Forum Nordic-Ukrainian Municipal Partnership
Despite a massive attack on Lviv, the international forum «Nordic-Ukrainian Municipal Partnership» brought together representatives of European communities. Anton Ovsienko and his deputy Pavlo Regan presented the experience of partnership with the Tyresö commune (Sweden): since 2023, 91 children from military families and internally displaced persons have already vacationed in Sweden. A personal meeting with municipal council chair Anita Mattsson confirmed: cooperation is growing stronger, and Bilohorodka Community is confidently moving toward a European future.
