Changes in the community must yield tangible results for the people. This was the focus of the 99th session of the Bilohorodka Village Council. Traditionally, our top priority is supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the session, we approved the transfer of supplies to two military units. Since the beginning of 2026, the Bilohorodka community has already allocated over UAH 55 million to support the defense forces.
Another critical focus was the operation of municipal enterprises. Four local utility companies were authorized to take out loans under the government’s "5-7-9%" program to purchase cleaning equipment. This modernization is vital to compensate for labor shortages and ensure high-quality public maintenance through technology. Furthermore, we approved financial reports for 2025 and updated key programs, including "Social Bus," "Towards Children," and educational development initiatives.
The session concluded with a special honor: a letter of gratitude from the command of the 2nd Mechanized Battalion of the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade for our community’s significant contribution. I am grateful to the deputies for their efficient teamwork. We keep moving forward.
