An experienced local government administrator with over 20 years of experience. Key areas of focus: infrastructure restoration and development, support for education and social services, securing external funding, and international cooperation.


During the full-scale invasion, he ensured the community’s smooth functioning, organized the evacuation of over 50,000 people, and provided humanitarian aid to residents. He supports the Defense Forces and assists military personnel and their families.

Biography

A Leader Trusted by the Community

Born on April 25, 1979, in the village of Bohdanivka, Brovary district, Kyiv region. Has lived in Sviatopetrivske since 1993. Holds higher education degrees in law, public administration, and finance.

First elected village head in 2010. Since November 2020, he has led the Bilohorodka community — 10 villages with a total population of over 50,000 residents in the suburban area of Kyiv.

After the full-scale invasion began, he organized the community's defense, a humanitarian headquarters, and large-scale evacuation operations — 6 waves of evacuations from March 9 to 26, 2022.

Building a civil protection system: construction of shelters, updating the alert system, training residents on emergency procedures. Coordination with the State Emergency Service and law enforcement.

Defense and Humanitarian Aid

From March 9 to 26, 2022, the community served as an evacuation corridor for residents of Bucha district — over 50,000 people. A humanitarian headquarters operated simultaneously providing food, medical care, and essential supplies for civilians.

Support for Defense Forces

In 2025, the community allocated nearly UAH 100 million for the needs of the Armed Forces: procurement of drones, equipment, and vehicles for units. Regular assistance to military families — payments, benefits, and psychological support.
