Almost 8.8 million UAH to support the Defense Forces and prepare for winter: results of the 105th session of Bilohorod village council

At the plenary session of the extraordinary 105th session of Bilohorod village council, deputies approved almost 8.8 million UAH to support the Defense Forces, additional funding for assistance to victims of enemy attacks, formation of fuel reserves for winter, and implementation of community infrastructure projects.

A plenary session of the extraordinary 105th session was held in Bilohorod village council. Key issues included support for Ukraine's Defense Forces, preparing the community for the winter period and possible prolonged power outages, assistance to residents affected by enemy attacks, and implementation of infrastructure projects.

Almost 8.8 million UAH to support the Defense Forces

Support for the military remains one of the main priorities. The session approved funding in several directions at once.

6.4 million UAH is allocated in the form of subventions for 27 military units and the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine.

An additional nearly 1.4 million UAH will be directed to direct purchases according to military requests. The purchase of quadrocopters, UAVs, Starlink satellite communication terminals, and EcoFlow charging stations is planned.

Additionally, 1 million UAH was directed to the Program for the Support of Defenders.

For the Bilohorod volunteer formation of the territorial community, plans also include the purchase of an electronic-optical complex "Eyes-1", which should strengthen the unit's capabilities when performing tasks to protect the community.

Preparing Bilohorod community for winter

A separate block of decisions concerned preparation for the winter period and possible prolonged power outages.

The community continues to form a fuel reserve necessary for stable operation of structural units, provision of social services, and functioning of Points of Resilience and heating centers.

It is planned to additionally purchase 6 tons of diesel fuel and 4 tons of gasoline to the reserve that has already been formed in the community.

Material and technical support for the Local Fire Team is also being strengthened. Additional funding is provided for the purchase of fire hoses and other necessary equipment for rescuers.

Assistance to residents affected by enemy attacks

Another important decision was an increase in funding for the "Care" program by 2 million UAH.

In particular, these funds are intended for payments to residents of the "Petrovsky Quarter" residential complex in Sviatopetrivske, whose homes and property were damaged as a result of a recent enemy attack.

Community infrastructure projects

During the session, funds necessary for completing the reconstruction of the square in Horenych were also allocated.

In Sviatopetrivske, it is planned to solve the problem of systematic flooding on Teplichna Street, 42. For this purpose, additional drainage is provided, which should reduce the risk of street flooding and basement and semi-basement premises of a residential building.

Separately, deputies reconsidered land issues that did not receive the necessary number of votes during the previous plenary session. After additional clarifications from the land surveyor, the issues were put to a vote again and were supported.

I thank the deputy corps for their productive work and support of decisions important for the defense, security, and functioning of Bilohorod community.
