The project was implemented within the framework of international cooperation between Bilohorodska Village Council and its twin community Lohmen as a result of successful participation in the support programme of the German Federal Government.

International cooperation under the German Federal Government’s support programme
The twin community of Lohmen is already the largest investment partner of Bilohorodska Hromada — it is thanks to this cooperation that solar heating and solar power plant projects have been implemented at educational and medical facilities.
The utilities modernisation project became yet another confirmation of the partnership's effectiveness: 90% of the cost of the special equipment was covered by grant funds from the German Federal Government.
Project Outcome
Special Equipment Ready for Work
The sludge vehicle has been accepted onto the community’s balance and put into operation
After completing all acceptance procedures, the vehicle was placed on the community’s balance sheet, staff training was conducted and all technical systems were checked.
The equipment is ready to carry out two key tasks: regular maintenance of the pumping stations and rapid response in the event of fire emergencies on the community’s territory.
