Personnel Changes in Bilohorodska Village Council: Summary of the 106th Plenary Session

During the 106th plenary session of the extraordinary session of Bilohorodska Village Council, significant changes occurred in the deputy corps. Six deputies early terminated their powers, and their seats were filled by the following candidates according to the territorial election commission's decision. Pavlo Regan was elected as the new secretary of Bilohorodska Village Council.

The 106th plenary session of the extraordinary session was held in Bilohorodska Village Council. One of the main issues was personnel changes in the deputy corps, which are occurring against the backdrop of political and intra-party processes.

Six deputies early terminated their powers: Iryna Bilozor, Viktoriia Helhar, Viacheslav Volovyk, Roman Ivashchuk, Inna Petrovska, and Oksana Tsaryova.

For nearly six years, they represented the interests of residents of Bilohorodska community and participated in the work of the village council.

The decision to early terminate their powers was not an easy one. At the same time, it allows for the continued work of the deputy corps and the adoption of decisions that affect the community's functioning.

I thank each deputy for years of work, their contribution to the development of Bilohorodska community, responsibility, and work for its residents.

They remain part of the community and will continue to work locally, contribute to ensuring its functioning, and support our residents.

In accordance with the decision of the territorial election commission, the seats vacated by deputies who early terminated their powers were filled by the following candidates according to the electoral lists.

Based on the results of the territorial election commission meeting held on October 21, the following were elected to the deputy corps of Bilohorodska Village Council: Anatolii Skrytskyi, Valerii Lavrenikov, Zinaida Kozhemiachenko, Ruslan Abramchuk, Anatolii Rybachuk, and Oleksandr Lysiuchenko.

I wish the new deputies constructive and responsible work. Regardless of political affiliation or personal views, the interests of the residents of Bilohorodska community should remain the main priority after receiving a deputy mandate.

This is especially important today, when Ukraine continues to live under conditions of full-scale war. The community must address daily issues of supporting Defenders, eliminating consequences of enemy attacks, helping affected families, preparing for the difficult winter period, ensuring the operation of utilities, educational institutions, social services, and critical infrastructure.

Under such circumstances, political confrontations should not become an obstacle to the work of local government.

Different views, discussions, criticism, and disagreement with certain decisions are a normal part of the democratic process. However, a situation where, due to systematic absences of deputies from sessions, the council does not have enough votes to make necessary decisions, directly affects tens of thousands of residents.

I want to especially thank Iryna Bilozor, whom deputies recently elected as secretary of Bilohorodska Village Council. The decision to terminate her deputy powers was not easy for her. I respect this choice and am grateful that the stability of the community's work in this situation was placed above the position.

Despite personnel and political changes, Bilohorodska Village Council continues to work.

During the plenary session, deputies elected a new secretary of the village council. The elected person is Pavlo Leonidovych Regan.

I congratulate Pavlo Leonidovych on his election to this responsible position. There is significant work ahead, so I expect constructive cooperation, responsibility, and joint work in the interests of the community.

Bilohorodska community continues to prepare for winter, support military personnel, help people affected by shelling, develop education and healthcare, and ensure stable functioning of settlements.

These are the tasks that should be at the center of attention of local authorities today.

I wish the renewed deputy corps productive work, constructive dialogue, and responsible approach to every decision.

Political forces may have different positions, and political alliances and views may change. But responsibility to the people remains constant. In conditions of war, the interests of the state, community, and its residents must be higher than political ambitions and struggle for influence.
