On October 23, the second part of the plenary session of the extraordinary 106th session of the Bilohorod Village Council took place. Work continued with the renewed composition of the deputy corps.
Five new deputies began performing their deputy duties: Valerii Lavrenikov, Zinaida Kozhemyachenko, Ruslan Abramchuk, Anatolii Rybachuk, and Oleksandr Lysyuchenko.
The session also took place with the participation of the newly elected secretary of the Bilohorod Village Council Pavlo Leonidovych Regan.

During the second part of the plenary session, deputies completed the consideration of issues that remained after the previously announced recess.
One of the main blocks was land issues necessary for the proper registration of land plots used by educational institutions of the Bilohorod community.
Deputies supported the decision on the transfer of land plots for permanent use to Horenytskyi Lyceum, Muzykhansky Lyceum, Sviatopetrivsky Academic Lyceum, Horenytskyi Preschool "Sonechko," Bilohorod Preschool "Barvinok," Muzykhansky Preschool "Perlynka," and Sviatopetrivsky Preschool "Buratino."
The adoption of these decisions is necessary for the proper legal registration of the right to use land plots on which the educational institutions of the community operate.
Despite the fact that some deputies were again absent from the plenary session, the renewed composition of the Bilohorod Village Council began full-fledged work and continued to adopt necessary decisions for the community.
Today, for the stable operation of the council, every deputy's voice is important. And this is not just about educational issues, which were predominantly considered during the 106th session.

Ahead lies a significant number of decisions concerning the life of the Bilohorod community. Their consideration and adoption requires systematic participation of deputies in plenary sessions and the presence of a quorum.
Therefore, I once again urge all deputies of the Bilohorod Village Council to responsibly fulfill their duties and participate in sessions. The council's ability to work and timely adopt decisions necessary for our residents directly depends on this.
I separately congratulate the new deputies on the beginning of their work as part of the Bilohorod Village Council. I wish them wise decisions, constructive cooperation, and fruitful work for the benefit of the community.
Thank you to the renewed deputy corps for your work and responsible approach to adopting important decisions for the Bilohorod community.
