In Muzychі it was especially warm and cozy. And it wasn't just because of the summer sun, but because of the atmosphere created by people—our veterans, military personnel, their loved ones, and everyone for whom the word "support" has deep meaning. It's wonderful that it was the Bilogorodska Community that first opened the summer fishing season for veterans in the Kyiv region. It was a day not about competitions or results, but about peace, sincere conversations by the lake shore, and the opportunity to simply be together with loved ones.

The event was attended by war veterans, military personnel, members of their families, families of fallen Defenders, as well as families of missing soldiers and prisoners of war—from both our community and neighboring communities. While adults fished and socialized, children enjoyed a real celebration with trampolines, face painting, master classes and ice cream, and were also offered to play pétanque together with the "Iron Warriors". An important part of the day was a shared meal in the fresh air—with hot fish soup, kulish, and heartfelt conversations.

Organizing such an event is the result of joint work. Sincere thanks for the assistance from the Department of Youth and Sports, the Social Services Center of Bilogorodska Village Council, the Communal Enterprise "KKP s. Bilogorodka", and our Veterans Council. We especially thank Andriy Mikhalchuk, head of the Department of Youth and Sports of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, who personally supported the event, and everyone who came and brought their families.
Care for veterans and their loved ones is our daily duty. The community must stand by them not only in words, but also in such bright, peaceful moments of peaceful life, giving them a sense of reliable support.
