On April 22, the Bilohorodka community took a significant step toward recovery. As part of the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine program, consultations were held with Chemonics to discuss the implementation of our Resilience Plan for the coming years.
We presented our partners with concrete developments and completed technical documentation. Our priorities are clear: modernizing educational institutions, strengthening security, and implementing energy-efficient technologies. The dialogue involved all sectors of the community — from business owners and active youth to veterans. This inclusive approach ensures that decisions truly meet the needs of our residents. We are now awaiting the final selection of projects by our partners. Together, we are building a strong and energy-independent community!
