Within the framework of the Congress under the President of Ukraine, a strategic dialogue took place between territorial communities and the Government. The main focus was on community resilience amidst wartime risks. The Bilohorodka community is systematically working on energy independence; schools and medical facilities are already equipped with generators and solar panels, with further upgrades planned for 2026. During a Q&A session with government officials, key issues regarding the protection of water and heating systems were addressed to ensure basic services remain operational during potential blackouts.
