Bilohorodka Community head Anton Ovsienko held a working meeting with representatives of contracting organizations and technical supervision specialists. The key topic — the immediate start of repair work on community roads, which have significantly deteriorated after winter.
Sharp temperature fluctuations and precipitation combined with heavy traffic have led to numerous road surface defects. Every problematic section has already been recorded and requires prompt intervention to ensure traffic safety and stable operation of emergency services.
Priorities and Responsibility
Work will begin on local roads that are on the community's balance. Contractors have been tasked to start work as soon as weather conditions allow.
Key Directions and Cooperation with the Restoration Service
Special attention was paid to two most heavily used arteries of the community:
Tsentralna Street (Sviatopetrivske village);
Soborna Street (Horenyvchi village).
"These roads are on the balance of the Service for Restoration and Infrastructure Development in Kyiv Region. We have already sent an official request (dated 25.02.2026) demanding the quickest start of repairs on these sections. The community is waiting for the region's response, as this is a logistics issue for thousands of our residents", — emphasized Anton Ovsienko.

The community head assured that every stage of work will be under strict control. The main requirement for contractors — combining speed of restoration with quality of execution.
