The extraordinary 97th plenary session of the Bilohorodka Village Council addressed critical challenges facing the community today. Defense support remained the top priority, with the council authorizing the transfer of equipment and resources to six military units and the Local Volunteer Formation №1. This ongoing commitment ensures that local resources directly contribute to the frontline defense.
In the education sector, a significant milestone was reached with the approval of a loan from the European Investment Bank. These funds are designated for the thermal insulation of the Muzychi Lyceum, ensuring the facility remains operational and warm during the autumn and winter periods. Beyond infrastructure, the council looked ahead by adopting the Comprehensive Resilience Plan for 2026. This plan integrates lessons learned from previous winters to guarantee uninterrupted community services despite potential threats. Cultural identity was also noted, as a new lane in the village of Hnativka was named after Patriarch Filaret. The session concluded with budget adjustments to ensure all social and developmental projects remain fully funded for the coming year.
