The main direction of the session's work remains financial and material support for Ukrainian military personnel. During the session meeting, over 3.1 million hryvnias were allocated for the needs of defense force units, including those where residents of the Bilohorods'ka community serve:
2.4 million hryvnias were directed as subventions to the Defense Forces and the Kyiv Institute of the National Guard of Ukraine;
688.5 thousand hryvnias were allocated for direct purchases based on direct requests from military personnel.
A significant block of decisions concerned the development of the community's education sector:
Transfer of property to educational institutions: Nine kindergartens and lyceums (in Muzyky, Horenychy, Bilohorodka and Sviatopetrivs'ke) were transferred municipal property under the right of usufruct. This will allow institutions to independently and promptly maintain their property and adequately prepare for the autumn-winter period.
Free meals in schools: In the new academic year, meals for all students in grades 1–11 of general secondary education institutions in the community will be completely free of charge.
Preschool education: The maximum cost of meals in kindergartens was set at 170 hryvnias per day, with 20% of this amount covered by the local budget.
The Bilohorods'ka village council supported an international logistics company that suffered damage during enemy shelling on July 19, 2026, by providing it with a land tax exemption to accelerate its recovery and preserve jobs.
Additionally, a number of other important decisions were adopted:
The "Care for 2026" program was additionally allocated 500 thousand hryvnias for direct assistance to residents.
New targeted programs were approved: accessible space (2026–2028), adaptive sports development (2026–2030), as well as a program to reimburse Boyars Regional Hospital for medical services provided to community residents.
Financial reports and plans of utilities for the first half of 2026 were reviewed and approved.
On the eve of the session, Oleh Ivliev was honored—a graduate of Bilohorods'ka Academic Lyceum No. 1, who scored the maximum 200 points on the NMT (National Multisubject Test) in mathematics and was admitted to the National Technical University of Ukraine.
The second part of the 104th session of the Bilohorods'ka village council is scheduled for Friday, September 11. Deputies will consider land and architectural issues.
