The social and administrative divisions of Bilohorodka Community have changed location. Now, instead of semi-basement offices, specialists work in spacious, bright, and warm premises at: Bilohorodka village, Volodymyrska Street, 17.
Community head Anton Ovsienko personally visited the updated office. The relocation allowed not only to improve service for people, but also to optimize budget expenditures by abandoning rental of external premises.
Energy Independence and Comfort
The main feature of the new location is its autonomy. The building is equipped with a modern solar power station:
Capacity: 51 kW (50 solar panels);
Advantage: Stable operation even during general power outages;
Savings: Significant reduction in community expenses for generator fuel.

"We changed not just the address, but the approach to service delivery. We are currently completing office labeling, including installing Braille signs, so the space is as inclusive as possible", — noted Anton Ovsienko.
