Today, December 17, contracts were signed with contractors to begin large-scale work at three key educational institutions. This long-awaited step was made possible through the "Ukraine Recovery Program," supported by the European Investment Bank (EIB). The funding follows an 80/20 co-financing model between the EIB and the Bilohorodka Village Council.
The projects include significant expansion: the Sviatopetrivske Lyceum will gain 20 new classrooms, the Horenychi Lyceum will receive a new wing and a full renovation of the existing building, and the "Barvinok" kindergarten will increase its capacity to 14 groups. The construction is scheduled to take two years. These projects, which have been in development for nearly four years, represent a vital investment in modern, safe, and comfortable spaces for our children.
