The issue of multi-apartment building operations under electricity deficit conditions became the key topic of the meeting. The main problem — the cessation of water supply and heating immediately after power outages due to pump shutdowns.
From Generators to Inverter Systems
The priority solution is installing inverters and battery systems. These systems accumulate energy when power is available and automatically support pump operation for 2-3 hours after an outage, allowing upper-floor residents to keep their water supply.
State Support: "SvitloDIM" Program
Anton Ovsienko called on the community's HOAs to actively participate in the state program "SvitloDIM".
"We are ready to assist HOAs as much as possible: simplify bureaucracy, quickly prepare certificates, and help with documents", — noted the community head.

Concrete Steps
Operational communication: A joint chat with HOA heads was created.
Co-financing: Budget support for equipment procurement is being considered.
Targeted assistance: For two five-story buildings on Fizkulturna Street, the village council will replace and leave a generator for stable well operation.
Improvement: HOA heads were tasked with bringing adjacent territories into proper condition.
"The situation in the energy system is gradually stabilizing, but we must be ready for any challenges. Thank you all for the constructive dialogue!" — summarized Anton Ovsienko.
