On January 30, under the chairmanship of Anton Ovsienko, the extraordinary 94th session of the Bilohorodka Village Council took place. The key issue was allocating funding to strengthen the country's defense. In total, nearly 13 million hryvnias were directed to security and defense measures. The session began with a minute of silence for civilian residents who tragically died on January 28.
🛡️ Priority — Defense Forces: 12.5 million UAH
7.3 million UAH — subsidies for 6 military units, the SBU Main Directorate, National Police, and the Kyiv KEU of the Ministry of Defense.
5.2 million UAH — for direct procurement of critically important equipment.
"We are purchasing exactly what our defenders request: quadcopters, electronic warfare equipment, charging stations, batteries, and inverters. This is our duty — to provide those holding the front", — emphasized Anton Ovsienko.
Deputies amended the Defenders Support Program for 2026: persons with disabilities of groups I, II, and III acquired in defense of Ukraine will now receive annual material assistance from the village council.

Support for educators: salary increases for pedagogical staff of community kindergartens.
Nutrition reform: approved implementation plan for the school nutrition reform strategy in community lyceums by 2027.
